It is recommended that patients should begin treatment at Level I, especially if this is your first experience with AHA products. Of course, what level a patient starts should be based on a professional evaluation. It is recommended to transition from Level I to Level II to Level III at your physicians or skin care professionals discretion.
Cleanse:
Gentle, creamy M.D. FORTÉ® cleansers remove impurities that collect on the skin including excess oil and makeup. The soap-free glycolic acid-based products exfoliate and remove dead skin cells without overdrying the skin.
** It is recommended that M.D. Forte Cleanser be applied to DRY skin, worked in a circular pattern for at least 1 full minute, and then removed with tepid water and patting the skin dry **

M.D. Forte Facial Cleanser I
Facial Cleanser I (12% Glycolic Compound*) gently exfoliates the skin by providing a low level of glycolic acid compound. Level I is ideal for patients who have sensitive skin or are just beginning a glycolic acid-based skin care regimen.
M.D. Forte Facial Cleanser II
Facial Cleanser II (15% Glycolic Compound*), with a higher level of Glycolic Compound, is perfect for patients who have used glycolic-based products for 4 to 6 months or are ready to advance to greater exfoliation as directed by a dermatologist.
M.D. Forte Facial Cleanser III
Facial Cleanser III (30% Glycolic Compound*) is the only product to offer the highest level of Glycolic Compound available to exfoliate and cleanse all skin types. For best results, please consult your physician before proceeding to any Level III product.
M.D. Forte Replenish Hydrating Cleanser – Glycolic Free
This glycolic-free, soap-free cleanser contains an anti-irritant complex ideal for use on sensitive skin. Patients who prefer a gentler cleanser may want to use Replenish Hydrating Cleanser in combination with glycolic-based skin-renewal products for maximum results.

Facial Cream I (15% Glycolic Compound*) is the ideal start for patients just beginning a glycolic-based skin care regimen. M.D. FORTÉ® Facial Cream I visibly diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improves skin tone and softness, resulting in younger, healthier-looking skin.
M.D. Forte Facial Cream II
Facial Cream II (20% Glycolic Compound*) is best suited for individuals who have utilized Level I products for 4 to 6 months or those directed by their dermatologist to try a higher-concentration glycolic-based renewal product. The glycolic visibly diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improves skin tone and softness, resulting in younger, healthier-looking skin.
M.D. Forte Facial Cream III
Facial Cream III (30% Glycolic Compound*) is the highest Glycolic Compound-based cream and is available for patients ready to advance to more dramatic results. This formulation also contains an anti-irritant complex to help prevent skin irritation. Individuals should move up to this level of glycolic concentration only after using Level II for 4 to 6 months or as directed by their physician.

Light, transparent M.D. FORTÉ® lotions with Glycolic Compound* visibly diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Applying a thin layer of lotion gently removes the unhealthy top layer of skin, creating younger-feeling and healthier-looking skin. The light, nongreasy formulation is perfect for individuals who live in humid climates and for use in summertime.
M.D. Forte Facial Lotion I
Facial Lotion I (15% Glycolic Compound*) is an ideal skin- renewal lotion for patients who are just starting a glycolic skin care regimen. Facial Lotion I visibly diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improves skin tone and softness-resulting in younger, healthier-looking skin.

Skin Rejuvenation Lotion I (5% Glycolic Compound*, vitamins A and E) is ideal for renewing skin in individuals who are beginning a combination glycolic acid and antioxidant skin care regimen. The low level of Glycolic Compound in Lotion I makes this product best suited for individuals with sensitive skin. M.D. Forte Skin Rejuvenation Lotion III
Skin Rejuvenation Lotion III (30% Glycolic Compound*, vitamins A and E, retinol) contains a high concentration of Glycolic Compound, antioxidants, and retinol to form the most powerful skin product available. The addition of an anti-irritant, unique to Level III, minimizes irritation. Due to the level of Glycolic Compound and the addition of retinol, Level III should be reserved for individuals who have used a high-level glycolic-based product for 4 to 6 months or have been advised to use Skin Rejuvenation Lotion III by a physician.
M.D. Forte Skin Rejuvenation Eye Cream – 10% Glycolic Compound w Retinol
The combination of Glycolic Compound, retinol, and antioxidants makes this product ideal for the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes. Apply in the evening.

The M.D. Forte Glycare line is specifically formulated for oily and acne-prone skin types.

These lightweight products are intended for extremely oily skin. Both strengths exfoliate surface skin cells to smooth and refine skin.
M.D. Forte Glycare Perfection Gel – 5% Glycolic Compound w/ 1% Salicylic Acid
Contains 1% salicylic acid to help clear up acne blemishes and occasional breakouts while exfoliating surface skin cells.
M.D. Forte Skin Rejuvenation Hydra-Masque – 10% Glycolic Compound w/ 1% Salicylic Acid
Contains 1% salicylic acid to help clear up problem-prone skin while exfoliating surface skin cells. Instantly smoothes, refines, and hydrates the skin. Skin Rejuvenation Hydra-Masque contains vitamin A for healthier-looking skin and the antioxidant vitamin E to protect against future skin damage. Use twice weekly or as needed. For intensive hydration, leave on overnight.

Total Daily Protector SPF 15 is the perfect daily-use lotion to protect the face, neck, chest, and hands against UVA/UVB exposure. It contains transparent zinc oxide to provide broad-spectrum protection, allantoin, a skin softener to heal and soothe chafed windburned skin, as well as vitamin E to provide antioxidant defense against future sun damage.
M.D. Forte Aftercare Environmental Protection Cream SPF 30 – Glycolic Free
For even higher levels of transparent zinc oxide and increased levels of broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection, choose Aftercare Environmental Protection Cream SPF 30. It offers increased allantoin and antioxidant defense in one product. It is ideal for use following glycolic acid peels and laser procedures as directed by your physician.
