Radiant Skin Clinic will do its utmost to get your product(s) to you as quickly as possible, as accurately as possible, and as cost effectively as possible.

Order Turnaround Time:
- All orders placed by 2:30 p.m. EST the same day will be shipped that day provided all product is available and in stock.

- Customer email inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours or less on weekdays and 48 hours or less on weekends.

- Stock Notifications will be supplied via email or voice mail to any customer who will have a delay in shipping due to “Out of Stock” status within 24 hours of receipt of order. (in an effort to accommodate customer’s needs, “Out of Stock” items will never be charged until the product arrives in stock and is ready to leave the spa.)
