What do I do if I need to exchange an item?
The fastest way to get help is to call our toll free telephone number to speak with an esthetician. Please call (866) 467-0306 to make arrangements for exchanging an item. Please see our “return policies” to make sure your exchange meets the criteria for return.

What is the “Return Policy” for product purchases?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction, please contact a skin care therapist at Radiant Skin Clinic & Shoppe immediately to determine the cause of the reaction and make arrangements for either return or exchange. Please take into consideration that any returns must be within 30 days of purchase and the container must be at least 50% full. Items that may not be returned are specifically noted (in bold red) in the individual product description online.

What do I need to do prior to returning an item?
To return an item that meets the return policy, please call our toll free telephone number at (866) 467-0306 or email us at info@radiantskinclinic.com. A Skin Care Therapist will ask for the reason for your return and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). This RAN# must be included with the product(s) being returned to identify the purchaser. Credit will be issued within 10 days of receipt unless further information or clarification is needed, at which time you will be contacted to get the necessary data.

What do I need to do if I receive my order damaged?
If any product within your order arrives to you damaged (ie: leaking, broken, pump malfunction), please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements for replacement of the product and return of the damaged item(s).
